Sessions

  • How do we begin?

    I offer a free initial 20 minute phone consultation where we will start to get to know each other to explore what you would like to get from therapy.

    We will discuss our availability and your preference for online, in room or walk and talk therapy.

    In room sessions take place in a quiet private space in my home.

  • Therapy in nature

    An option for our sessions is to hold them outdoors either sitting or walking in private woodland.

    Mental health charity Mind carried out extensive research a few years ago, which showed that walking in the countryside could help reduce depression and anxiety. In their survey, they reported that 71% of respondents felt decreased depression and less tense after a “green” walk, while 90% felt their self-esteem increase after a country walk.

  • Do you work online?

    Yes. I regularly work with clients online using Google Meet video calling.

    If you don’t live in Surrey or just feel more comfortable speaking to a therapist online this is always an option. We will discuss your location and preferences in our initial phone consultation.

  • Fees and Appointments

    I have appointments available during the daytime and limited spaces in the evenings.

    Fees are:

    £60 for 50 minutes in the daytime

    £65 for 50 minutes in the evening

If you love nature or prefer the idea of doing therapy outdoors,
I offer walk and talk therapy through woods and across private land.
